First and foremost, we're outdoorsmen.
Before we ever sold a feeder, we were the folks out at first light — in a blind, on the water, or standing over a smoker. We live our lives outdoors: hunting, fishing, and cooking. That's not marketing. It's just how we're built, and it's the reason GreenGo exists.
We got our start building custom smokers out of a small, single-bay shop. Tight quarters and long hours — but it's where we learned to work steel the right way, and where we welded the very first GreenGo feeder. We built it for our own land, because the feeders we could buy kept letting us down when the weather turned and the season got long.
Word travels out here one neighbor to the next. Thanks to some awfully good customers, we've since moved into a much larger facility — with the room to grow our lineup and build the way we always wanted to. Corn, protein, and upland feeders, and every one of them still welded by hand.
We run our own feeders on our own places, so we don't cut corners we'd have to answer for come fall. Check out the video to see what goes into a GreenGo feeder — and come back often. We're just getting started.
BADF Supporter
Our favored charitable organization is the Buckmasters American Deer Foundation. In 2006, we helped found the Heart of Texas Chapter to get disabled and seriously or terminally ill kids, as well as disabled veterans, in the outdoors. With the help of our many generous supporters, the chapter has organized over 100 hunts. The BADF-HOTC also contributes annually to the local Deer Project, 4H shooting sports, the Brown County Youth Fair, and other causes.
